His professional background includes sales management, corporate strategy and brand development in China, India and Singapore for consumer goods companies Colgate Palmolive and Goodyear. More recently, he co-founded a renewable energy company operating in India and Sub-Saharan Africa; the company’s patented technology was voted among the “top 10 ideas to change the world” by CNBC Global. Mr. Punwani has also served as a management consultant for strategy formulation, due diligence and process optimization for corporations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and gained entrepreneurial experience in Europe. In addition to his INSEAD MBA degree, he earned a business management degree from the University of Mumbai. Born in Spain, Mr. Punwani speaks fluent Spanish and Hindi, and has travelled to over 40 countries worldwide.
An MBA graduate of Cornell’s Johnson School with an emphasis in marketing,Aparna became Associate Director of Admissions at the Michigan Ross School of Business. As a member of the admissions committee for three years, she advised prospective Ross candidates on navigating the MBA admissions process as she managed recruiting for key international regions. She represented Ross at numerous events for potential MBA students from India, the US and other countries. As an admissions consultant, Aparna has advised a variety of applicants in gaining admission to their targeted schools. Her professional profile features brand management roles in the food industry as well as serving as a business analyst at a top international consulting firm. In addition to her MBA, Aparna has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago.

She served in several leadership capacities at Kellogg including VP of the Marketing Club, President of the Triathlon Club, and Board Representative of the Kellogg Student Association. She has spent the majority of her career in the consumer package goods (CPG) industry with roles spanning corporate finance, M&A, brand management, marketing, and sales. While working at General Mills, Talon spent extensive time in India, driving the launch of the company’s first-ever offshoring operation, based in Mumbai. She also has experience in the retail industry as a digital merchant at Target. In addition to her MBA, Talon has a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of Wisconsin School of Business and currently serves as an outreach ambassador for the Network of Executive Women.
An MBA graduate from INSEAD, Priya also undertook the exchange program with Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Chicago. She has 10+ years of experience across Singapore and India working on roles in financial markets sales and strategy with Standard Chartered Bank and DBS bank . His professional career features more than 15 years of business strategy and technology-transformation experience in the tech and management consulting sectors, serving companies such as Oracle, AT Kearney, i2 Technologies and Workday. In addition to his MBA, Sridhar’s earned a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree (Honours) from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute (VJTI) in Mumbai, India.

Deepak’s professional career includes 8+ years in executive roles with Procter & Gamble and McKinsey & Company across Singapore, Western Europe, Africa and North America. Trained in mentoring and coaching, she was selected to interview MBA applicants as an alumna on behalf of the admissions committee. Ritu has 14 years of professional experience spanning the consumer goods, consumer finance and not-for-profit sectors. She served in strategic and commercial roles in product management, brand marketing and organizational strategy. Her background includes working in a family-owned business, multinational conglomerate (GE), and a not-for-profit. Ritu has lived and worked in India, Singapore, France and the UK. In addition to her INSEAD MBA, Ritu earned a post graduate diploma in business management from IMT, India, and an economics degree with honours from Delhi University.
An MBA graduate of INSEAD, Abhishek has worked closely with many applicants, coaching them to gain admission at top MBA programs such as INSEAD, Wharton, London Business School, Kellogg among others. His professional experience has been focused on strategy consulting with McKinsey as well as the non-profit sector with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. At McKinsey he worked across 12 countries on four continents, supporting public and private sector clients. After his tenure in consulting, Abhishek spent one year in Ethiopia working for an ‘acceleration unit’ for the Ministry of Agriculture. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Delhi University.
